Take balanced diet to keep your body fit

You also have to include lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs, mutton etc.) in your diet. Besides this your body also need a plenty of energy to finish your everyday activities. 

Do exercise daily

you will feel fresh and get energy by exercise and yoga everyday. If you do jogging for a few days in a week it still helps you to keep you body fit and healthy. If you want to keep your lungs and heart healthy, you must do cardio exercise. strength training provide your muscles strength. this types of exercise improve the flexibility of body. Every day exercise helps your body to reach blood circulation and it reduce anxiety depression.

Take enough sleep to stay fit

Most of the people don't have time to sleep as well as they don't know the exact time to go to bed. If you don't take plenty of sleep than it will effect your metabolism, mood, concentration, remembering power and immune system and also on heart. Enough sleep provide relax of your mind and keep body fit and health. You must take about 7 - 8 hours of sleep everyday. Only than you can keep your body fit and healthy.

Take fresh and healthy breakfast

It is necessary to start your day with a balance and full of nutrients breakfast. Morning breakfast brings back your lost energy and it makes you fit physically and mentally. If you avoid your morning breakfast the cholesterol level in your blood gets high. Instead of this if you don't take breakfast and eat more food for whole day it would be not good for your body. Quantity of calories increases shaving more food. Shaving breakfast in the morning it helps to control blood sugar level of your body.

Take plenty of water in your daily life

Most of the doctors advised people to take plenty of water daily. It helps your body to keep healthy. If you drink plenty of water than it keeps your digestive system strong. It also helps to remove wastage of your body. Your skin will glow if you drinking plenty of water. Drinking sufficient water keep your brain very active and energetic. 

Be stress free to keep your body fit

Due to stress you can attack of many types of diseases like, heart disease, problem of digestive etc. most of the people don’t know what to do to be stress free. We are advising you to do exercise, meditation, yoga and morning walk to avoid any type of anxiety and depression. Try to connect yourself with nature and stay along with your friends. Do some entertaining activities.

Stay at least 15 minutes in Sun

 As you all know that Sun is great source of vitamin D which beneficial for our mental and physical health.

Walk at least 10 thousand steps daily

As you know that walking very useful for all of us. Walking keeps your body active. Any physical activity becomes easy if you take a daily walk. If you want to check that how many you walked you can use any particular app which measures your steps. Try to walk at least 10 thousand steps or more than it.

Laugh more daily

As you know that laughter works like medicine for everyone. It helps you to decrease your BP and stress also. When you laugh your body release a chemical named endorphin which makes you stress free and energetic whole day. A good laugh effects on your heart which helpful for your body.
